I have only known Perry for about 4-5 years and he is a kind of guy that you are proud to be friends with.  Eddie

Perry was the first person I met when I moved to Wnston-Salem in 1975.  We met on a Piedmont Airlines flight to Boston, where we were to attend the same meeting.  He’s one of my dearest friends, and I pray for as successful a career as a retiree from officiating as was his career while running up and down the sidelines and on the field!

My pleasure! Congratulations on a great career. Enjoy the ASU games!

Tommy, thanks for the article and notice of my football officiating career.  It was great.
