If you look at the ingredients on a coke bottle you will not find “sugar.“ The only place you can buy a coke with real sugar in it is in the developing world. Here in Corn Country our coke has high fructose corn syrup in it. If want to taste the difference go to SUPER Compare and buy one of the old glass bottle cokes from Mexico, it has real sugar in it. And it tastes better!

You are right. But here in the USA corn syrup is basically just another form of sugar, even if you think it doesn’t taste as good.—MH
