Kristin,

Packaged goods at Dewey’s have the ingredients and nutritional info on the packages. If it’s a freshly baked good, the bakery will provide that information on request. You can go to a store and ask. Or if you want info on a particular item, let me know, and I’ll get it for you.

Thanks,

Do you know where I could find an ingredient list and nutritional information for Dewey’s Bakery?

Ollie’s is pretty good. I just got back from Switzerland, though - post to follow - and cannot believe how excellent bread is just taken for granted there. From a corner sausage stand to a two-star restaurant.

Laura,
I too risk exclusion, but I’ve never quite “gotten” the Dewey’s thing. Most of the stuff is just mediocre. Grocery store bakeries are not good, really. We don’t have many bakery choices either way. Greensboro does, or so I’ve been told.
I love sweets but am unwilling to travel too far for a fix. However, my own kitchen is a few steps away, so that is my go-to bakery these days.
