Laura, our nachos are great too, four year ago when we started doing festivals it was a toss up to do nachos or wraps,we do
wrap for a nice one hand eat. Most of our festivals are wine festivals and we wanted to bring good slow cooked pork into the wine world as a wrap.Wine in one hand and a wrap in the other,it’s worked really well for us.Both nachos and wraps will be a big part of our downtown project.Lots of new things to come off of the smoker for downtown Winston, can’t wait.Come try a wrap at the Yadkin Vally Wine Festival on saturday,it’s a fun time.

Pig Daddy, perhaps you try hawking BBQ nachos, too. I had some in Memphis last year. At first, I was skeptical, but the lucious combination of smokey pig, cheese and jalapenos really made me swoon.
Of course, now I’m talking Memphis BBQ, and basically, heresy, right?
