Locavore Makeover

Anne-Marie Scott, a nutrition professor at UNCG who has been involved with Slow Food Piedmont Triad, is launching a project to make over one local family’s kitchen table from fast-food to foodie-friendly. She’s calling it The Locavore Project, and you’re interested in readling along or volunteering, go to her blog.
