Thanksgiving Out

Less than a week to my favorite holiday, and I’m working hard on my mom, who is loathe to tinker with tradition in the way that I like to. I’m longing to brine and grill a turkey on her big Weber kettle this year. Nothing more delicious than a juicy, smoky bird - well, maybe lamb, and that’s not traditional at all (We had both last year, thanks to my uncle.).

But if you’re not planning on cooking, I just heard that on Sunday, we’ll be printing a list of local restaurants open for Thanksgiving this year, and possibly on Thursday, too. Check it out if you need suggestions - I know WS Prime is one place that will be open, and their spread sounds promising. Whatever you do, if you plan to eat out, I’d make reservations sooner rather than later. You don’t want to be left out in the cold on Turkey Day.
