I actually thought Clemson’s fan base was one of the more polite that I’ve encountered.  I had 7 or 8 separate Clemson fans come up to me after the game at the Esso Club and thank me for coming down and asking me if I had a good time, pointing me in the right direction, etc.

But, to your point Dan, there always seems to be an occasional knuckle-head or two.  (Unless we’re talking about MD fans when the number seems to grow exponentially. . . ).
