I’ve been saying all year that this team has issues. love wf basketball but this team lacks players that will take over a game or just hit shots. lots of standing around. the big guys Mcfarland and Amino are killing us. been saying also if Amino is a NBA player then cut him loose let him go but looks like to me about 5 years away in my opinion no basketball skills at all. Don’t know why this team cant get ready to play. maybe help is on the way next year.

Thomas, picking between this team and the 8-20 trainwreck is like choosing between tripe and pigs knuckles. I will say that this year’s team fell farther faster after beating Michigan State early. I was around a bunch of Tar Heel fans recently and they were lamenting how this is a team that does absolutely well. If they’re not the worst I’ve seen in my lifetime, they’re a close second.

I agree with Jim. Don’t overlook them. But I would like to say, that at the age of 26 I do not believe I have seen a worse playing UNC team in my lifetime. The 8-20 season with Felton and company was bad, but I think this team is playing worse. What’s the worst UNC team you’ve ever seen? Thoughts on the comparison to the 8-20 season? Do you care?

Please Wake, don’t overlook Carolina. Remember what happened last Saturday against the other cellar dweller in the ACC. Step on their necks, pulverize them!

Let’s hope the team finishes strong. They sure appear to play more like a team than last year’s Deacs. A win Saturday will go a long way towards a strong finish.
