Don’t have to worry about Grobe going to Penn State after that loss.  I imagine he will be at Wake until he retires now.

Grobe is still under a pretty lengthy contract, correct? Not sure what kind of clauses and restrictions were included, but I want to say Grobe signed a 10-year contract around 2007 when the ‘Grobe to Arkansas’ rumors were swirling. I guess Penn State could pay Grobe’s fee for walking out under contract. I wonder how much he would owe if he left, or if there was language in the contract stating he could leave anytime without penalty. Seems like that would affect his decision some. Hopefully Grobe stays at Wake until he retires.

Dan…switching to basketball, have you seen this site: http://deacondaily.com/

It’s heavy on stats, but has some interesting features: report cards for players for each game, player impact ratings, historical notes, fan satisfaction meter (although I’m not sure how accurate that is), etc.

Its staring them right in the face. Both parties involved. Ask the man for help and it will be done. Tony Dungy is the “clean” fit right now.
