I’m still wondering why we play Navy. Watching their offense is absolutely brutal, and it’s really a lose lose situation. It’s hard to have a strong dislike for any of the army schools, and I think you need to have that somewhat against the team you play. I guess I’m just a little confused as to why we play them

If anyone should be playing with their hair on fire it should be us. After two devastating losses it would be nice to see some passion out of the coaches and the players.

Not that it really matters at this point. The best we can reasonably hope for is another mediocre bowl.

It was another bite the dust and even worse Wake could not muster more than 10,
little points. If my is right that is only
16 points since the second half of the Maryland game, and just two-touchdowns in
ten quarters. Me o, my who is the blame?
Not bad playing by the defense giving up only 13 points. But some big changes need to be made on offense. How? and Who? I
dont know, but hoping Coach Jim Grobe
will figure it out. I believe it to late
consider having a winning unless this team
can find themselves in time starting with
Miami. Miami will fired up and mad, Wake picked the wrong time to lose a game they should not have lost. As talented as this team Wake team is there is no excuse.
Wake its time to realize that no one is
going to give you anyting, you have to go out and fight and play hard and stay focused. It’s a sixty minute game.
Until you decide you are going to do that
you can expect the same, and that for the coaches too, to do there part working and getting them ready to play.
May God be with you….....

I’ve felt since the beginning of the year, that we can beat both Florida schools.  Miami is going to come in here with “their hair on fire” after their debacle to Clemson.  If we can withstand that initial 1st quarter onslaught, I still like our chances if our OL decides to truly “man up.”  I think UM will hand 30+ on us.  That OL has got to give Skinner the opportunity to outscore them.
