Sorry I haven’t responded earlier. The reason is I’ve been trying for sometime now to pull together a post on Walker to hopefully explain what’s going on. I finally got around to it today, and you can see my thoughts on The Great Expectations for Ty Walker.

Dan - could you explain a bit what’s going on with Ty Walker and why he’s playing so little?  He came in as one-third of that huge recruiting class along with Aminu and Woods, but he’s not really seen any time either last season or last night according to the stat sheet I saw.  Has his star faded since arriving on campus? (I hope not).  Or is something else going on.  Just curious, since 2 years ago I thought our future lay in those 3 anyway and we’ve not really heard anything about him since.

Given Smith’s play last night, I would not be surprised to see Harris starting before the end of the year.  He and Stewart were quite impressive.
