Alphonso is playing at a pro-bowl level. I’ve watched the Lions a lot this season and he’s playing every bit as good as Derrell Revis. It would be great if he could show this group of defensive backs the art of looking back for the ball and the uncanny knack he has of breaking on the ball. This young man is a great corner.

I was looking at a Sports Illustrated from a few issues ago and there was a little blurb that said the New Mexico State football team started 0-4 and was losing by Wake type scores. Somebody spread flyers all over campus that urged coeds not to have sex with football players until they won a game. NMS won their next game over New Mexico 17-14. Somebody should do that on the WFU campus. What the heck, might work!!! Nothing else is!
