Just wanted to say that Nikita Whitlock endeared himself to the Santa’s Helper board when he showed up last December and spent the day in a hot Santa suit delivering gifts to deserving children. It was the 25th year for the charity started by former Wake fullback Chip Rives.

I like it when I am at practice. Grobe walks out this local reporter asks him if he has time for an interview with the local media. Sometimes I try and listen then I read the article in the Journal the next day. Really neat to see two people take their jobs serious and watch them at work. Better then a “cube farm” I can assure you.

Glad to see spring practices have started. I can’t believe its that time again. From reading your other post its great news that they have put on some weight too.  Looking forward to hopefully some good football after a lackluster year last year and an extremely dissapointing basketball season.  Guess thats the good thing about spring practice.  At least its something to keep you busy Dan since you don’t have any more basketball to cover this year.  Thank goodness. lol
