Great article on KW!  Poor effort by UNC last night.  I really hope we put on a better performance than that, especially since I am taking my family to Nashville for the occasion.  Praying for no serious injuries and a win.  Go Deacs!

Thanks for helping to put what may appear to have been a disappointing year from Wilber into the proper context.  It’s nice to see Kyle contribute to another bowl appearance before he graduates. 

There are a couple of nice players in this year’s senior class, especially Wilber, Quarles, Bush, and Pendergrass.  I believe they were the first class to arrive on campus after Wake Forest’s run to the Orange Bowl.  Obviously the expectations from that season were difficult to live up to, but I greatly appreciate the players’ effort on the field and the manner in which they carried themselves while representing Wake Forest.  Good luck against Miss State this week, guys!  Have fun.

Glad to see the blog is blogging once again Dan. 

Nice article on Kyle Wilbur.  He’s a great player and an even better young man.  I have no doubt he’ll add value to an NFL team’s 3-4 defense next year and with the income he’ll make at the next level I’m sure he’ll be able to help a lot more kids in a big way.

Wow, we’re able to comment again!  Great article on Wilbur.  I’m looking forward to seeing him play in Nashville.  After watching the UNC game last night, I’m so happy we have the Music City Bowl and hope that we have a good turnout.  Has the athletic department given you any indication how many tickets have been bought by Wake fans?

I am happy for Wilber that things are going well but our defense will surely be sad to see him go. He’s been a force for what seems like many, many years! Good luck Kyle….I hope you catch on at the next level but if not, the kids await!
