HWT,
Great question. The only thing I know is that I will be there. Looking real forward to this one.
Having seen both teams, the big thing I wonder is whether Mount Tabor will remain in their overly aggressive defense and use man-press coverage on Reynolds receivers. All along, I have felt that would be a losing proposition for the Spartans, but we will see.
Mount Tabor is bigger and stronger (and certainly not slow by any means). Reynolds is super fast and their quarterback, Craven Knotts, has been spectacular.
I hate to see all this rain, because that certainly could be a factor. You would think a wet track would favor Mount Tabor, but the Spartans haven’t been lighting it up on offense so far, and I don’t understand why.
At any rate, looking really forward to the game. Your guess is as good as mine as to who will win, but both teams are very good. To think of Mount Tabor as a dark horse in this conference is almost laughable. The Spartans are good enough to run the table, but so is Reynolds, and so is West.

What do you think about the Mount Tabor and RJR game. This could be one of the best games in forsyth county in years. MT has been down, but they showed alot of heart against caver beening down 21 to 3 in 4q and coming from behind to win 27 to 21. RJR has a great pass attack. The only real test they had was against East forsyth. Alot has to be said about that game and the wrist ban issue. But the fact of the matter is that RJR is 7 and 0 and tabor is 5 and 2. Does MT tough D holds up against RJR pass happy O, or does Brad Morton win the game. Mt 14 and RJR 7
