Glenn High School would be very fortunate to get Mike Muse as their baskeball coach now that their previous coach has moved onto Northwest Guilford. He deserves the opportunity after the way Gaudio treated him.

Assistants on the move

Some shuffling going on among the ranks of assistant coaches. Here are a few things that I’ve heard while in Indy:

New Boise State coach Leon Rice has made will make his second hire. We reported earlier that he has hired Wake Forest assistant coach Dave Wojcik as his Associate Head Coach. His next hire will be San Francisco Associate Head Coach Jeff Linder who will join the Bronco staff as the #2 assistant.

It sounds like former Boston College assistant Mo Cassara will join newly hired Head Coach Tim Welsh at Hofstra.
