JournalNow.com: Veggin' Out

Contrary to a popular stereotype, vegetarians are not all champions of self-denial, pathetically munching a sprout on the sidelines while watching the omnivores have all the culinary fun. Instead, the vegetarians we know love good food and know where to get it. They aren't about to settle for a bland meal, either at home or at a restaurant.

Thank you for letting your readers know that the Very Vegetarian Society of Winston Salem will continue where Anne Weaver left off and will continue her legacy of education and support of vegetarians, new and old.

Thanks for the post, guys. We hope you will come to another meeting sometime. It might take a half-dozen people to do what she did for us, but we’re quite determined. Any support you all can offer is much appreciated.
