Contrary to a popular stereotype, vegetarians are not all champions of self-denial, pathetically munching a sprout on the sidelines while watching the omnivores have all the culinary fun. Instead, the vegetarians we know love good food and know where to get it. They aren't about to settle for a bland meal, either at home or at a restaurant.

What a great idea for a blog. Unfortunately, Asheville, seems like the only place to get good vegetarian food in NC.
I’d love to see you two review some of the T’ai, Indian, and Veitnemese restaurants in the Triad.
As for the soy cheese issue, I have had a time finding a good one. There is one called Kazaa (I think) that is passable on pizza or lasagna, but it’s nothing to get excited about.
