JournalNow.com: Veggin' Out
Contrary to a popular stereotype, vegetarians are not all champions of self-denial, pathetically munching a sprout on the sidelines while watching the omnivores have all the culinary fun. Instead, the vegetarians we know love good food and know where to get it. They aren't about to settle for a bland meal, either at home or at a restaurant.

I meant pour not pout ;-)
Oh, and top your delicious pasta dish with a sprinkle of nutritional yeast flakes. Serve to your unenlightened meant eating friends and they will swear your serving them meat sauce with grated parmesan. Then after they gobble it all down tell ‘em it was vegan and watch them make excuses!

easier version:
open 1 can of hunts traditional spag. sauce in the can. pout into saucepan on med-low heat.
Saute chopped garlic and onions with olive oil in a skillet, pinch of sea salt, then add 2 cups of hydrated TVP (hydrate with water and a hearty splash of Mrs. Braggs aminos) and stir. Once TVP is mixed in good and “browned” add to saucepan with sauce and pour on your favorite pasta.
I make a killer TVP meatless loaf too!
