JournalNow.com: Veggin' Out

Contrary to a popular stereotype, vegetarians are not all champions of self-denial, pathetically munching a sprout on the sidelines while watching the omnivores have all the culinary fun. Instead, the vegetarians we know love good food and know where to get it. They aren't about to settle for a bland meal, either at home or at a restaurant.

Starr’s seems like a great place to take someone. Where can I find another vegetarian to take in the Greensboro area? I have been looking for 2 years and nothing. If you know of a group let me know. Thank you.

Thank you, Julie, for this bit of info. That’s what I like to hear. A small town with some “new” ideas about southern cuisine. I will definitely visit downtown historic Mocksville and Starr’s New Southern Cuisine. Gives me hope!
