JournalNow.com: Veggin' Out
Contrary to a popular stereotype, vegetarians are not all champions of self-denial, pathetically munching a sprout on the sidelines while watching the omnivores have all the culinary fun. Instead, the vegetarians we know love good food and know where to get it. They aren't about to settle for a bland meal, either at home or at a restaurant.

I’ve heard lots of great things about Binh Minh, but I have yet to make it there myself.

Thanks for the reviews. I have only been to Jacks for the falafel. I’ll have to try the others. One to add to the GSO lineup is Binh Minh on West Market St. They offer many of the fake meat dishes in a variety of preparations. My fave is the vermachelli noodle bowl with fake duck. Delicious, healthy, and socially responsible - who knew you could achieve all that for a $6 bowl of soup?!
